Production Team Form

First and foremost, production is a servant ministry and there should be an understanding that what you do is worship. We use our gifts and abilities to glorify God and serve his church. We are in charge of providing a worshipful environment to the congregation which means we are eliminating distractions and helping aid with the experience of both the in-person service and the online experience. **This is not an entry level serve team. We require some previous experience of service in this area. (Does not need to be large church experience)**

STATIONARY CAMERA OPERATOR

Capture worship and the message in a clean and smooth way using the medium of video. Focusing on worship leaders and the speaking pastor. Also referred to as the "follow cam".

ROAMING CAMERA OPERATOR

Capture worship and the message in a clean and smooth way using the medium of video.

VIDEO SWITCHER

Direct the incoming video sources to their final destinations. Cut cameras with intentionality and be ready for video playback or cues.

VIDEO DIRECTOR

Creative vision and directing the Video Switcher and Camera Operators to provide smooth transitions between camera shots and create a engaging experience for our online viewers.

LIGHTING OPERATOR

Run through lighting cues on time and provide adequate lightning to a specific scene or time.

PROPRESENTER

Provide lyric support during worship along with the message notes.

SERVICE PRODUCER

Help to insure the flow of service is smooth and communicating cue times with the worship team, speaking pastors and hosts. Also in charge of notifying the Tech Director of any problems.

FRONT OF HOUSE AUDIO

Provide a well balanced and clear audio mix for the in room experience. The goal is to make it loud enough to feel engulfed in the experience, but not too loud to be distracting.
